We are seeking an exceptional Travelling Ladies Maid / Housekeeper to join a formal, fast-paced private household primarily based in Dubai.
This is a superb opportunity for an experienced private household professional who understands the demands, pace and discretion required within a fully staffed UHNW environment. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, highly organised and naturally attuned to boundaries, confidentiality and impeccable service standards.

This is a live-out role when in Dubai residence (approximately 9 months of the year), therefore applicants must already be based in Dubai with their own accommodation.

Due to the extensive international travel involved, candidates must hold a UK or EU passport to support efficient visa and travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working collaboratively with the housekeeping team to deliver meticulous, detail-driven cleaning across all interior and exterior household areas.
• Maintaining exceptional organisation throughout the household, including implementing and refining organisational systems where required.
• Working seamlessly around the family's schedule and movements to maximise service opportunities.
• Full wardrobe management including organisation, presentation, clothing care, outfit pairing, closet maintenance, jewellery and accessories care.
• Ensuring clothing, personal items and consumables are consistently maintained, inventoried and appropriately stocked.
• Responsible for packing and unpacking for frequent international travel, including preparing, transporting and setting up wardrobes and personal spaces within hotels, villas, residences and other travel locations.
• Supporting housekeeping operations whilst travelling, ensuring consistently high standards across all temporary residences.
• Managing wardrobes, laundry, ironing and dry cleaning both personally and through liaison with hotel or external staff whilst travelling.
• Setting up dressing areas and wardrobe spaces to an exceptional standard in all travel locations.
• Taking full responsibility for the cleanliness, organisation and daily upkeep of the principal's bedroom, bathroom and dressing areas.
• Managing beauty product orders, deliveries, stock control and returns in coordination with the PA and/or personal shopper.
• Maintaining household stock lists and ensuring appropriate inventory levels at all times.
• Liaising closely with the family and wider household team to coordinate all travel packing logistics and household requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

• Significant prior experience within a formal private household or UHNW environment.
• Proven experience as a Ladies Maid and/or high-level Housekeeper within a fast-paced, service-led setting.
• Highly discreet with an instinctive understanding of confidentiality, professional boundaries and household etiquette.
• Adaptable, calm under pressure and comfortable responding with urgency when required.
• Exceptional eye for detail and presentation standards.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends, early mornings and evenings when needed. Shift patterns will vary week to week.
• Already based in Dubai with own accommodation (essential).
• UK or EU passport holder (essential).

Package:

• Salary: AED per month DOE
• Hours: 50 hours per week plus flexibility required
• Location: Dubai (live-out) with extensive international travel
