Role: Travelling Physiotherapist/ PT (UHNW Role)

Salary: EUR 70,000 per annum

Schedule: 6 days per week, approx. 5 hours per day (flexible, extensive travel required)

Overview & Opportunity

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Physiotherapist / Personal Trainer to support UHNW Principals based in Dubai. This is a private household-based role focused on physical performance, movement quality, conditioning, and long-term wellbeing.

The role is suited to a qualified physiotherapist who also has strong personal training and strength & conditioning experience. The successful candidate must be confident delivering both hands-on physiotherapy-led support and structured training sessions within a private, travel-based environment.

EU or UK passport holders are essential due to travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one physiotherapy-led sessions and personal training sessions within a private household environment
• Improve strength, mobility, conditioning, and overall physical performance
• Identify movement limitations and apply hands-on physiotherapy and corrective exercise strategies
• Design and deliver personalised training programmes tailored to lifestyle and travel schedules
• Support injury prevention, recovery, and long-term physical resilience
• Guide movement quality, posture, and training technique
• Integrate physiotherapy principles into structured training sessions
• Work seamlessly within a UHNW household environment with changing schedules and international travel
• Maintain absolute discretion, professionalism, and consistency at all times

Candidate Requirements (Essential)

• Fully qualified and registered Physiotherapist (HCPC or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or Strength & Conditioning coach
• Strong background in elite sport, private practice, or high-performance environments
• Confident in delivering both clinical-style physio input and structured training sessions
• Excellent understanding of movement, biomechanics, and exercise programming
• EU or UK passport (mandatory)
• Highly adaptable, discreet, and professional
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships

Desirable Experience

• Experience working with UHNW individuals or private households
• Elite sport exposure (football, F1, tennis, etc.)
• Advanced manual therapy or corrective exercise qualifications
• Experience bridging physiotherapy and personal training in one role
